Graveyard Keeper 2 Orders, Jack, and Supply: Iron

Accept Supply: Iron from the warehouse order board on the sun-symbol day, craft the requested crates, and place them on the tarp-covered crate pile in the warehouse basement. Deposit the full amount before the collection day, then use the board on the next sun-symbol day. A launch-build report says crates delivered on collection day may wait until the following cycle.

How the warehouse order loop works

Player reports separate three things that are easy to confuse: Jack is the character tied to the warehouse progression, the order board is where an order is selected and later checked, and the tarp-covered pile in the basement is the reported hand-in point. Talking to Jack does not replace using the board or delivery pile.

Jack

Use his dialogue for warehouse or town progression, but do not expect conversation alone to register carried crates.

Order board

Check it on the reported sun-symbol day to select an order, read its counter, and later resolve the collection cycle.

Warehouse basement

Take completed supply crates to the interactable tarp-covered pile rather than placing them in ordinary storage.

Collection timing

Deposit before collection day when possible. A same-day delivery may remain pending until the next cycle.

Supply: Iron checklist

  1. Visit the warehouse on the sun-symbol day. Release-build players report that this is when a new warehouse order can be selected.
  2. Accept Supply: Iron at the board. Read the active counter before crafting so you know how many supply crates the order expects.
  3. Make the iron supply crates. If raw iron is your blocker, use the separate iron location guide; this page only covers the order hand-in.
  4. Distinguish the ingredient from the delivery item. An opened mine or loose iron does not itself complete Supply: Iron. Check the live order and crafting UI for the required crate recipe and quantity; the cited threads do not verify a universal material bill.
  5. Carry each crate downstairs. In the warehouse basement, use the specific pile of crates covered by a tarp. A general storage box does not count.
  6. Verify that the board shows the full amount. This confirms that you used the reported delivery point rather than ordinary warehouse storage.
  7. Return on the next sun-symbol day. Interact with the board to finish the collection cycle and claim the result.

Why the order does not update

Wrong container

Move the crate to the basement's interactable tarp-covered delivery pile. Merely storing it in the warehouse is not the reported hand-in method.

Delivered on collection day

If you place the crates on the sun-symbol day itself, a launch-build report says the order may not resolve until the next weekly collection. Deposit before the collection day when possible.

Waiting for collection

A full delivery counter is not always the final state. Check the board again on the following sun-symbol day.

Check prerequisite town tasks

If the shipment has resolved but Jack's related dialogue remains locked, review active town objectives—including required combat or district progress—before classifying it as an order bug.

Evidence boundary: The delivery point, weekday cycle, and reported registration problems come from launch-build Steam discussions, not a developer-authored order manual. UI wording and timing may change in patches.

Where do Supply: Iron crates go?

Players identify the interactable pile of crates covered by a tarp in the warehouse basement. Ordinary storage does not count.

Why is Supply: Iron still not complete?

Deposit the full order before the collection day, then return on the next sun-symbol day and use the board. Delivery on collection day may wait until the following cycle.

Does talking to Jack deliver the crates?

No. Player reports use the basement delivery pile and the order board; Jack dialogue alone is not the delivery interface.
